Why do I have to update my My Health Online login details?
My Health Online’s enhanced security requires strong passwords to keep your online health information secure. If your current password does not meet these requirements, you will be prompted to update your password. Additionally, if you use a shared email address with other My Health Online users, you may be prompted to submit an email address that is different from the others.
