What should I do if I forgot my password?
If you forget your password click the "Forgot Your Password?" link to request a new access code via your communication preference.
I sent in my enrollment form but I haven't heard anything. Can you tell me the status of my enrollment?
Processing time generally takes 1-2 weeks. Missing information (especially a signature) can significantly delay processing your request. If you have not received your access code via U.S. postal mail within 2 weeks, contact us.
Can you send me a new access code; I have lost it, let it expire or did not receive it?
If you have lost, did not receive or let your access code expire, a new code or duplicate code will be sent via U.S. postal mail.
You are required to enter the last 4 digits of your social security number. If you did not provide us with your social security number, you will need to contact Customer Service at (866) 978-8837.
Where can I update my personal information (e.g., home address, e-mail or change my password)?
Log into your account. Go to the Profile section in the top menu and select the appropriate link.
